EVENT VENUE

Competition will take place in Tsukude, Aichi prefecture, about 2 hours travel from Nagoya Airport by car.

 

EVENT CENTRE

The event centre will be in Gamagori ( Miya Spa Resort faced the beach ) ,1.5 hours from competition area.

The event centre will open from 9th to 11th March.

 

PARTICIPATION RESTRICTIONS

This event is organized according to the Rule For Japanese Student Championships.

We will prepare the Championships classes ( ME;WE ) and other classes ( MA,MB,MF;WA,WB,WF ).

Competitors must be on the rule ; he/she must be a student in university or college, under 28 years old.

*We have special rule for overseas students. We welcome Asian countries and district students to this event. They should be in university or college , under 28years old. Only 1 competitor for ME and WE, 2 competitors for MA and WA (6 runners ) are allowed to entry without entry-fee.

Other students will be able to entry but they must pay their entry-fee. We will have races for spectators not to be students.

And 1 team can entry to relay races MA and WA without entry-fee. Other team will be able to entry but they must pay their entry-fee.

 

MAPS

Maps are written by OCAD 7.06.

 

Classic Distance 1:15000 5m conter interval

Relay 1:10000 5m conter interval

 

TERRAIN

There are earlier maps, "Suyama-Zenpukuji" and "Onikubo". 2 maps are faced each other.

Almost consists of steep slopes, some area details, with Japanese pine of good runability and visibility. The highest 850m above sea level, the lowest 600m above sea level.

 

MODEL EVENT

Model event will be open from 8th to 9th March.

The terrain will be the same area with "Magaritoge" used for Tsukude event

in May 2000. This terrain and map are open till 7th March.

ACCOMMODATION

We will prepare a domitory 500m from the event centre 5000yen per person / night with breakfast and dinner.

 

TRAINING

You can have training at "Magaritoge".

TRANSPORTATION

We will prepare a coach from Nagoya Airport or

Toyohashi Station to Tsukude.

Extra payment will be necessary.

 

ENTRIES

1) Entry fee 9000yen per one competitor or official

2) Accommodation(for overseas) 5000yen per person / night with breakfast, lunch pack and dinner.

3) Official transportation 2000yen per person / 2 days

 

Preliminary entry should be done till 30th November.

The member list for classic distance till 12th January, the order list for relay till 10th March. The fee will be able to be passed till 9th March.
